I was VERY discouraged to see other republican politicians supporting Trump after the indictment, because what America needs right now is for a republican, to publicly stand up and speak to Trump's followers and let them know that violence will not help America and that Trump's bully attitude is not good for America...etc. I am praying for this to happen - for at least one courageous republican, who truly loves America, to stand up for safety in America.
My concern is not just for New York on Tuesday - it is for all of America, because Trump, and supporting republican podcasts, have been convincing their followers that America has been lost and that it is time to pick up guns and fight if things reach a certain point... and that democrats are an enemy... and that some people need to be gotten rid of...etc. At least some of his followers appear to have been brainwashed into thinking that it is time to pick up guns and go out and fight to regain our country if things reached a certain point. And I am scared for these sorts of followers too, because at least some of them are mind control victims who have been brainwashed into a state of fear and thinking that only gun fighting will save America. If Arnold’s words, in the above video, are as heart-felt as they seem to be; he is a good example of how a big rough and tough man can also have a good heart that behaves in ways that are kind and considerate. My favorite part of this video, of course, was when he encourages people to find the strength to look in the mirror and face themselves and embrace and feel and release their own emotional pain. This truly is what people must do, in order to start caring enough to stop hating. If only we ALL faced and cried out our emotional pain instead of suppressing it and settling into the type of hate that lashes out - If only we ALL opened our hearts to Love, so that hate could no longer exist in our world. If only there was nothing blocking anyone from this vitally important natural process of growth...
Please do your part to replace hate with Heart.
